01 — The Challenge
The problem
Traditional reservation procedures created chaos during the high season. The client needed a digital upgrade at every level: from fleet management and real-time tracking for tourists, to handling cancellations caused by unpredictable weather. A direct way of communicating with customers and a smart system suggesting personalised tours without human intervention were also missing.
02 — The Solution
Our solution
We developed a custom website with reservation management and TripHub — where the customer sees in real time the status of their reservation and which driver is coming. We implemented an AI weather system that informs the customer about conditions based on the day and destination: if the weather doesn't match the excursion, it shows alerts and suggests alternatives. We added an AI virtual assistant (chat button) that answers customer questions based on the site content and helps them complete a booking. We also built the Customized Tours page with a quiz that helps the customer find the ideal excursion.
